SRR Consultants is led by Rafay Azhar, a fully qualified ACCA member with close to a decade of experience across audit, accounting, and financial advisory. Before SRR he was an Assistant Audit Manager in financial services audit at EY Bahrain, covering the audit of insurers and their regulatory work, alongside banking, real estate, and SME engagements across Bahrain and Pakistan.
The firm was established in Bahrain in 2020 under commercial registration 138510-1 and is a member firm of the FinSoul Network. It is a management and business advisory consultancy, not a licensed audit firm.

SRR Consultants was established in Bahrain in 2020 with a clear purpose. To build an accounting support firm that operates to the same standards clients expect from their own teams. Since then the firm has grown into two focused service tracks: serving accounting practices internationally and businesses across the GCC. Qualified leadership. Consistent delivery. A firm that stands behind its work.
The firm is a registered member of the FinSoul Network, which extends our capability and gives our clients access to a broader range of accounting and advisory expertise where needed.

The Founder
Rafay Azhar, ACCA
Rafay is a fully qualified ACCA member with close to a decade of professional experience across audit, accounting, and financial advisory. Before reviving SRR, he was an Assistant Audit Manager in financial services audit at EY Bahrain, with extensive experience across the audit of insurers and their regulatory and compliance work, alongside engagements across Bahrain and Pakistan spanning banking, real estate, and SME sectors. That experience shapes how SRR operates. Commercially grounded, technically sound, and personally accountable.

Outside of work, Rafay has visited 53 cities, towns, and notable places across 18 countries, all before turning 30. When not travelling, he can usually be found on a padel tennis court.
