THE FOUNDER
Rafay Azhar, ACCA
Rafay brings close to a decade of professional experience across audit, accounting, and financial advisory. Before reviving SRR, he managed audit engagements at EY Bahrain across insurance, banking, real estate, and SME sectors. That experience shapes how SRR operates. Commercially grounded, technically sound, and personally accountable.
Outside of work, Rafay has visited 53 cities, towns, and notable places across 18 countries, all before turning 30. When not travelling, he can usually be found on a padel tennis court.

SRR Consultants was established in Bahrain in 2020 with a clear purpose. To build an accounting support firm that operates to the same standards clients expect from their own teams. Since then the firm has grown into two focused service tracks serving accounting practices internationally and businesses across the GCC. Qualified leadership. Consistent delivery. A firm that stands behind its work.
