Accounting, VAT, and audit support in Saudi Arabia.
SRR supports businesses in the Kingdom with bookkeeping and accounting in Arabic on an IFRS basis, VAT registration and returns through ZATCA, and audit-ready preparation, with one accountable team as your point of contact.
The short answer
What does SRR do in Saudi Arabia?
In Saudi Arabia, SRR provides bookkeeping and accounting, VAT registration and returns, and audit support for businesses in the Kingdom. Books are kept in Arabic on an IFRS basis, VAT is filed through ZATCA with Fatoora e-invoicing, and audit-ready statements are prepared for the annual audit and the Qawaem filing. The same records support the zakat or corporate income tax return due to ZATCA within 120 days of year end.
Saudi Arabia applies IFRS as endorsed in the Kingdom, and accounting records must be kept in Arabic and held within the Kingdom. SRR is a management and business advisory consultancy: the licensed bookkeeping, accounting, and audit work is delivered through the FinSoul Network’s member firms in Saudi Arabia, and the statutory audit is signed by an auditor licensed in the Kingdom. One accountable SRR team is the single point of contact across all of it.

ExploreWhat Is Different in the Kingdom
Saudi Arabia is not Bahrain with a different flag.
The rules on language, standards, tax, and filing are specific to the Kingdom, and getting them wrong is expensive. These are the ones that shape the work.
Records in Arabic, kept in the Kingdom
Accounting records in Saudi Arabia must be maintained in Arabic and held within the Kingdom. Books kept only in another language, or entirely offshore, are a compliance gap.
IFRS as endorsed by SOCPA
Financial statements are prepared under IFRS as endorsed in the Kingdom. Records kept on another basis have to be converted before they can be audited or filed.
ZATCA VAT and Fatoora e-invoicing
VAT is administered by ZATCA at a standard rate of 15%, with e-invoicing through the Fatoora system. Returns are filed monthly or quarterly depending on turnover.
Zakat, corporate income tax, and the 120-day return
A mixed-ownership company pays zakat on the Saudi and GCC-owned share and corporate income tax on the rest, filed with ZATCA within 120 days of year end, with audited statements for Saudi-owned companies.
The Qawaem filing
Audited financial statements are filed with the Ministry of Commerce on the Qawaem platform within six months of year end, with direct penalties for late filing.
One accountable point of contact
You work with one SRR team across bookkeeping, VAT, and audit support, rather than a separate provider for each, so the same numbers carry through every filing.
