ENGAGEMENT MODELS
Three ways to engage, and a clean way to exit.
We structure engagements around how you actually want to work with us. Commercials are transparent. Exit terms are stated upfront.
Pilot engagement
Monthly retainer
Dedicated capacity
A defined scope of work over four to six weeks. Used to validate fit before committing to a longer engagement. Priced as a fixed fee. Most clients begin here.
Defined scope and volume delivered each month. Fixed monthly fee. Suits firms with predictable recurring workloads such as bookkeeping, payroll, or audit support cycles.
Named team members allocated to your firm on a dedicated or part-dedicated basis. Suits firms moving significant ongoing volume offshore. Priced on capacity, not output.
ON EXIT
Engagements can be wound down with 30 days' notice. Workpapers, files, and access are handed back cleanly. Transition support is provided where needed. We make the relationship easy to enter and easy to leave. That is the only honest way to run a service business.
COMMUNICATION
A named contact, defined response windows, and communication that does not disappear.
The most common complaint about offshore engagements is silence after onboarding. We run our delivery the opposite way.

Named account lead from day one
Regular check-ins and monthly status notes
Defined response windows
Escalation path you can actually use
Every engagement has a named account lead who owns the relationship. You know who to call. Your messages do not get lost in a shared inbox or a ticketing queue.
A scheduled check-in with your account lead at a frequency that fits your engagement size. A short monthly status note covering volumes, exceptions, and anything you need to know.
Standard queries are responded to within agreed working hours. Urgent queries within the same business day. We commit to these windows in writing at onboarding.
If something is not working, you have a direct line to senior leadership at SRR. Not a feedback form. Not a satisfaction survey. A conversation with someone who can fix it.
QUALITY CONTROL
Every deliverable goes through a structured review before it reaches you.
Quality is not a slogan. It is built into how the work is produced, reviewed, and handed over.
Two-layer review on every deliverable
Standardised workpapers and version control
Qualified senior oversight
Work is prepared by the assigned team member and reviewed by a senior reviewer before release. Nothing leaves SRR without a second set of eyes on it.
Workpapers, schedules, and deliverables follow consistent formats. Changes are versioned. You receive clean, structured outputs that integrate cleanly into your own files.
Senior review is held by qualified team members with audit and accounting backgrounds. The reviewer is accountable for the work, not just a rubber stamp.
DATA SECURITY
Your client data is treated with the seriousness it deserves.
International accounting firms moving work offshore are placing client data in our hands. We take that responsibility seriously and have built our delivery environment around it.
Controlled access and segregated environments
Delivered through SRR and the FinSoul Network
Signed NDAs and engagement-specific confidentiality
Team members access client systems only through agreed secure channels. No shared logins. No data taken outside the controlled environment. Each client's work is segregated and access-restricted to the assigned delivery team.
SRR is a member firm of the FinSoul Network. Engagements are delivered through SRR and the network's secure delivery teams. The arrangement is disclosed upfront. Work is not handed to undisclosed third parties. The team you onboard is the team that delivers.
Every engagement begins with signed NDAs covering both the firm and individual team members assigned to the work. Confidentiality terms are engagement-specific, not generic.
THE ENGAGEMENT JOURNEY
What working with SRR actually looks like, from first call to ongoing delivery.
Every engagement follows the same disciplined path. We do not improvise on process. The four stages below are how every client relationship at SRR begins and runs.

Scope and Proposal
Onboarding
Delivery and Review
A 30 to 45 minute call to understand your firm, your current capacity gaps, the type of work you want to move offshore, and the volumes involved. We come prepared with the right questions. You leave the call with a clear sense of whether SRR is the right fit. No pressure, no proposal pushed at you on the same call.
We map out the specific workstreams, the team configuration, the review layer, the tools and systems involved, and the commercial structure. The proposal is written to be commercially honest. If something is outside our delivery comfort zone we say so. If a different engagement shape would serve you better we recommend it.
A structured transition. We sign the NDA and engagement letter, set up secure access to your systems, document your workflows, agree the reporting rhythm, introduce your named account lead and delivery team, and run a short pilot batch to validate the workflow before we move to full volume. Onboarding is where most outsourcing relationships fail. We treat it with the weight it deserves
Ongoing work runs to the agreed rhythm. Deliverables are produced, reviewed by an ACCA-qualified team member, and handed over in the agreed format. Your account lead holds a regular check-in with you. Issues are flagged early, not buried. We send a short monthly status note covering volumes delivered, exceptions, and anything that needs your attention.
