Client files are shared through your preferred secure channel — OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, or Dropbox. A named team lead at SRR is assigned to your account from day one.

Work is completed to agreed timelines and returned in your preferred format. All deliverables are reviewed by a qualified team lead before submission. You receive clean work, ready for your own review.

Regular check-ins keep us aligned on volumes, deadlines, and any changes to scope. Issues are raised early, not hidden. You have a direct point of contact — not a helpdesk ticket.

We hold a structured onboarding call with your team to understand your file formats, software preferences, review standards, and communication expectations. We confirm everything in writing.
