Work is delivered on the agreed timeline. You have a single named contact at SRR who owns the engagement. Updates are scheduled, not chased.
A written proposal with the scope, the senior team member leading the engagement, the timeline, and the fee. If specialist FinSoul Network input is part of the scope, it is stated clearly.
On project completion, you receive clean documentation, working files, and a debrief. For ongoing engagements, the cadence and reporting rhythm are agreed at the start and held to.
