How It Works

From preparation to a signed, filing-ready return.

  1. Prepare to US GAAP

Returns are prepared to your templates and to US GAAP, with the workpapers and supporting schedules a reviewer will expect.

  2. Two-tier internal review

Every return passes through a preparer review and an independent team lead sign-off before it goes anywhere near a filing.

  3. CPA review and sign-off

The return is reviewed and signed off in coordination with a US-licensed CPA partner, who handles the licensed review and sign-off.

  4. Ready to file

You receive the return and workpapers ready for filing under your firm’s name, with the licensing requirement met.

Common Questions

Tax preparation support, answered.

Who signs and files the returns under US licensing rules?

Returns are prepared to US GAAP and reviewed and signed off in coordination with a US-licensed CPA partner. Anything that must be signed and filed by a licensed CPA is. We handle the preparation and the workpapers under your brand, and the licensed review and sign-off sits with a US CPA.

Which returns do you support?

Form 1040 individual returns, Form 1120 and 1120-S corporate returns, and Form 1065 partnership returns, along with 1099 preparation. Each is prepared to your templates and reviewed and signed off in coordination with a US-licensed CPA partner.

When are the returns due?

For calendar-year filers, S corporation and partnership returns are due on the 15th day of the third month, and individual and C corporation returns on the 15th day of the fourth month. A six-month extension is available through Form 7004 or 4868, which extends the time to file but not the time to pay.

Can you add capacity just for tax season?

Yes. We scale the team to your volume through the season and again through the extension season, then back down afterward, so you are not carrying year-round headcount for a seasonal peak.

Will your name appear on the returns?

No. The preparation is white-label and delivered under your firm’s name. The licensed review and sign-off is provided in coordination with a US-licensed CPA partner. Our name does not appear on your deliverables.
